Treatment of Vertical Defects

When it comes to patient care, we hate it when a patient loses a tooth. This course focuses partly on the Periodontal Guided Tissue Regeneration but only as a backdrop to the recognition patient factors and treatment of periodontal issues as early as possible.

We wear many hats in our relationships with patient with the goal of improving their oral, periodontal and often overall health. The patient plays the biggest role in their care because they often bring years of bad or even no oral care habits, tote a bag of medications (health issues), and at times, have years of neglect due to fear of the dentist.

The goal of this course is to shed some more light on patient and periodontal issues and to provide you the knowledge of how to help diagnosis, treat and also provide other treatment options for more challenging sites.
