1. Account Registration and Use
To access courses and related support materials, you must create a user account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Passwords can be reset through the website if needed.
2. Payments and Refunds
Users may purchase access to courses using Stripe. Dental Hygiene Schools/Institutions may pay for Group orders by check. All purchases are final once access is granted. Refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of DentalHygieneXPRT.com.
3. Courses and Professional Development
The courses on Dental Hygiene XPRT are designed for professional development purposes only. They are not intended to serve as legal, clinical, or medical advice. Dental Hygiene XPRT is an AADH-Approved Provider. Attendees will receive a certificate documenting AADH-approved CE credit for each course they complete.
4. Continuing Education Acceptance
State regulations vary on the acceptance of CE credits earned from out of state providers as well as CE credits earned over the internet. Refer to your state’s regulations to determine if CE credits earned by attending a Dental Hygiene XPRT course count, in whole or in part, toward your CE requirement. Courses in the “Mandatory” category are mandatory in some states but may not be mandatory in all. Please review your state’s regulations.
5. Course Quiz Evaluation Requirement
A quiz must be passed (score of 75% or higher) and an on-line course evaluation must be filled out to receive your CE certificate immediately upon course completion. The CE certificate is emailed immediately upon successful completion of the course. Check spam if you don’t receive it.
6. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property
Users may download materials associated with courses for personal use only. Distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of these materials is not permitted unless prior written permission is granted. All course recordings and content are the intellectual property of Dental Hygiene XPRT and are protected by copyright law. Recording, redistributing, or sharing any webinar content in any form is strictly prohibited. Recording, redistributing, sharing, or displaying any webinar content, including showing it to others who have not registered, is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Image
Dental Hygiene XPRT may take photographs and/or video at any time, at any course for the purpose of marketing and/or developing educational content. Enrolling and/or participation in a Dental Hygiene XPRT course is your explicit approval to utilize your image or any form of communication such as comments in an evaluation form in this way. If you disagree with this policy, send an email to info@dentalhygienexprt.com stating that you do not want your image used for this purpose.
8. Communication
By creating an account or downloading free resources, you agree to receive email communications related to your account, webinar access, certificates, and occasional marketing emails from Schoolpsych.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in those emails.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Engage in unauthorized access, tampering, or hacking of the website
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or user data
- Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the site
Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
10. Changes to These Terms
Dental Hygiene XPRT may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
